The Nivola Museum,
located on a hillside in Orani, Sardinia, opened to the public in June of
1995. The old public wash house was
transformed into a sculpture museum displaying several of artist Constantino
Nivola’s significant three-dimensional artwork. Smaller art pieces are contained within the protected wash
house interior while larger scaled works are strategically positioned around
its tranquil courtyard. An existing
natural spring source in the courtyard provides a complement to the
composition of outdoor sculptures. To Print Click Here |
